Good Dream or Nightmare?

Seems like an obvious question right? I'm not so sure. I definitely get a better night's sleep when I have a good dream, but consider what happens after you wake up.

My nightmares usually consist of my teeth crumbling and falling out. Horrifying for me. I wake up in deep distress and frantically put my fingers in my mouth. Teeth are still there. RELIEF! The rest of the day I spend my time rubbing my tongue over my teeth and am grateful for my slightly gaped, overbite smile.

With a good dream (not divulging what that consists of) I wake up and am usually happy for about...30 seconds, until I realize it was only a dream and not real life. Depressing.

I choose nightmares - they make me more grateful.

HA HA!
My nightmares involve mountain lions eating my sisters! DEFINITELY grateful after that when I realize it was just a dream!
