ADD

This is me attempting to study for the NCLEX (t - 3 months-ish) :

A client with trigeminal neuralgia is being treated with carbamazepine (Tegretol).

Should I cut my fingernails? I usually have them short, especially if I'm playing bball, but sometimes they're fun to have long to play with, and bite.

Which laboratory result would indicate that the client is experiencing an adverse reaction to the medication?

Has anyone texted me? Nope. How about email?

A. Sodium level 140 mEq/L
B. Uric acid level 5.0 mg/dL

"Change or Die". I wonder what that book is about.

C. White blood cell count 3000 cells/mm3

I hope Shelly is back to teach spin class. That other girl was annoying.

D. Blood urea nitrogen (BUN) level 15 mg/dL

Yup...January is going to come pretty quickly. Any suggestions? You know, besides the Ritalin.
