Yet another Seinfeld moment has occurred in my life. I made an appointment to get my tires aligned at 8am. When I arrived for my appointment, they told me "Oh we're really kind of busy right now. We'll try to get you in as soon as possible, but it will be at least a few hours". "But I had an appointment! I made it last week." "Yes, we have it right here, but other another car came in and is using the alignment rack."
I don't get it.

Ha! Sounds to me like you need a new tire alignment change place. I can recommend a good one here in Lexington.
