More Growth Hormone Please

The question I would most frequently be asked when meeting a guy was "what is your major?" or "where are you from?" or sometimes "did you serve a mission?". Well, those days are over. Yes, the most often asked question to me now is "how tall are you?". That might sound a little odd, considering that I'm only 5 foot 7 inches, maybe 7 and a half. I realize that is taller than the average American woman, but only by 3 inches. I am not a giant. So why the question? It is because men are shrinking! At least to me it seems that way. I was never asked how tall I was in high school, and that wasn't because I was shorter, it was because the boys were taller. Maybe all of the taller ones have been married off, but all I see now a days are the top of guys' heads. I thought my problem would be finding boys older than me. And while the shortage of men here over 25 years old seems to be an epidemic, an even bigger one is finding one over 25 and over 5 foot 8.

ha ha, AMEN, sistah!! Try living life at 5' 10"!! By the way, J is one whole inch taller than me--I tower over him in heels, but I'm not complaining! :)
