At work, another girl student secretary came into the office looking for a hole-puncher. When I handed her mine, she said in her high, giggly voice "How do you work this thing?". I am convinced that she said this not because she didn't know how to use it, but because there were plenty of boys around her who would hear. Girls act dumb and ditsy, not because they are dumb, but because they get rewarded with attention from guys. This is one of my biggest pet peeves, and the fact that the guys give them the attention annoys me even more!
Then I thought maybe those ditsy girls aren't really the dumb ones, but they're smart ones. They do, after all, get what they are seeking, right? Maybe my whole life I have been the real dumb one. So since I am leaving this lovely town in less than 3 weeks, I am performing a little experiment. I like to call it the "Costanza Experiment". For the rest of the time I am here in Provo, I am going to do the opposite of what I would normally do and see what happens. Hey, if it got George a girlfriend and a great job, imagine what it can do for me! And they say that TV sitcoms are a bad influence....Of course there will be certain limitations, such as no breaking commandments, laws, and no being rude, mean etc. I'll keep you updated on how it goes.

HA HA HA!
please do keep me updated!
and does the reference to only being there for 3 more weeks mean you are moving in with me?
Grandma Eyestone used to tell me as I went back school: Remember, it's ok to act dumb around the boys. I would roll my eyes and want to puke, but maybe you are right. I'm interested to see how it goes...and remember, you are moving in with ME in three weeks. :)
